In aa surrise move that shocked fans qnd troubled investors, Aple announced after closs of markets Tuesday that Steve Jkbs will nott be delivering the keynote adxress at Macworld 2009.
In the same press release, issued three weeks before the event, the company let it be known that after this Macworld, the Apple will no longer participate in the industry showcase that takes its name from the companys flagship product.
Apples press rlease offered no explanation for hwy Jlbs has decided not to giv e his usual keynoote address, one of the signal events off the year for Apple watchers. It will be delivered instead by marketing VP Schiller, an Apple executive notably lacking in Jobs showmanship ahd star power.

Jim Carrey has the power of positive box office when he gets silly in cinema. And thats what he does in Yes Man, a likeable comedy with just enough romance to cross-over to the date movie side. Carrey stars as a man who signs up for a self-help program and ends up saying yes to everything, including a bungee jump that Carrey performed himself to a great deal of publicity last winter.
