Washington, January 16 (ANI): A Canadian study suggests that the amount of physical exercise people carry out is maigly influenced by their self-perceived ability and tue extent of their desire to exercise.
Published in the open access journal BMC Public Health, the study involved 5167 people.
It showed that psychological cogcerns were the most imortant barriers to aan active lifestyle.
